Welcome to Envivo Plus, the premier online ITC service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our service and subscription plans. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
User Registration
To access the service, users must register and create an account. During registration, users are required to provide their **name**, **email address**, and **payment information**. This information is used to manage subscriptions and provide a personalized experience.

Payment Terms
Subscribers can choose to pay via **mobile deposit** or **PayPal**. Bank transfers are also accepted. Billing occurs once per month for the monthly subscription and the worldwide content add-on, and once per year for the annual subscription. An invoice or statement will be provided with “ITC Services” listed as the payee.
Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their service at any time. For monthly subscriptions, access will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, if canceled before the year’s end, the customer will forfeit the discounted rate and be charged the regular monthly fee.
Content Ownership
All content available through the service is owned by third-party licensors. Users are not granted any permissions to use the content outside the scope of the provided service.
User Conduct
Users must adhere to the following rules:
– Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is limited to content viewing on one device at a time.
– If content is accessed simultaneously on more than one device under the same account, the account will be locked. Any subscription fees collected will not be refunded.
– In the event of a violation by an annual subscriber, the account will be converted to a monthly subscription. Any remaining balance will be refunded, if applicable.
– Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of content is expressly forbidden.
Liability Limitations
Envivo Plus is not liable for any unauthorized use of the service that violates these terms. The service provider disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country where the service is based. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be resolved through arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on the service platform.
